The Pets We Love
Nonfiction “stories” help children build foundational skills that will help them interpret informational texts in later years. Our newest collection of nonfiction titles consists of original stories by Teaching Strategies authors that touch on a wide variety of topics that are relevant to children’s daily lives. Each book includes a comprehensive vocabulary glossary to help build literacy and language skills in an intentional and developmentally appropriate manner. While these nonfiction titles are specifically aligned to specific Teaching Guides within The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool, they can be used independently in any preschool classroom.
